Agreed. Mind Wrack does not need to be changed in PvE, it fuels some decent single target + AoE damage from WW/Overload spam. I don't understand why any of those three skills were changed for PvP though.

I don't play enough PvP to comment on Energy Surge being overpowered there or not, but I think it needs to be split anyway, and then buffed a little more for PvE. Ineptitude just makes it seem kind of obsolete in PvE now, and it needs to do a little more damage to compete with it.
